- 1 each Onion, medium size, roasted
- 6 each Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 each Habanero Chile, roasted
- 1 each Serrano chile, roasted
- 1 each Morita dried chile
- 2 tsp Black cumin seeds
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 capsule L. reuteri probiotic
- 1 tbsp Whey ( from L. reuteri yogurt)
