- Ice cubes
- Inulin powder

- L. reuteri yogurt
- L. gasseri yogurt
In a glass bowl soak the nuts, dates, and raisins in the milk for 1 hour.
Add the milk mixture to a Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Add salt, ice, mango, mint, and cardamom to the Vitamix and blend. Add fresh mango if available. Also add Trader Joes Mango Nectar is you like a sweeter mango lassi. Blend. Then pour into a glass bowl.
Add the L. reuteri yogurt into the bowl and mix with a large fork. Serve in a glass with a large diameter straw. Add more milk if too thick. Will keep for 1 week in a covered container in the refrigerator.
